We can look at anger in two different ways, but when anger harms others, we know it’s turned into rage. Rage is a fit of uncontrolled anger that strikes out in violent wrath and is actually a form of insanity. Anger when raged is an act of passion, or an intense emotion forced to act out on another source. Jealousy, hate and greed are a few source of the emotional forces.

What is success? For different people success will mean different things. In this material world success is often equated with money one has and the kind of lifestyle one affords. Normally a person who lives in a big house or drives a fancy car or holds a good position in his office appears to be successful in the eyes of the world Success for most is achieving goals that gives them joy or pleasure. But unfortunately these achievements give short lived joy and this feeling of success is often a delusion. It is like a mirage after which the person runs and eventually forgets the very reason for which he is running.

In order to live a life of true success, it is vital that success is explained. Life has so many facets, and each of them is important to us. What will a person do with a lot of money, if he looses his peace of mind and health, gets away from his family and friend, feels in- secured, and ultimately unhappy? The only real valuable thing is intuition.”
-Albert Einstein

Consider the power of your intuition.

Imagine living the life you were meant to live; a life free from doubt, uncertainty, regret, and self-consciousness; a life full of purpose, love, and harmony.

Some people are very emotional, and other people . . . not so much. Those people who are very emotional tend to allow their feelings to take over and control their thoughts. Since our emotions prepare our body for some kind of action, when they are triggered, the trigger hitting the inner source is either negative or positive. When the emotions are highly tuned, they tend to create inner chaos when stimulated. Therefore, it’s likely that the person who is able keep their emotions from getting out of control will have a greater sense of inner peace.

To illustration this point, let’s say a mother is focusing on cooking dinner and she’s feeling relaxed and at peace. However, her son, who is helping her set the table, says to her during their conversation, “Mom, you just don’t care if I live or die!”

At some point on your journey to reaching your goals, you’ll need to take some time to reflect in order to determine where you are, where you’ve been, and how this is affecting where you want to go.

A great way to track your progress is to keep a  journal. There are many ways to do this, the most popular being a blank notebook or even a blank bound book that you keep for this purpose. If you write down everything you’ve done that day to reach your goal, you will find it often triggers new ideas and ways to overcome any stumbling blocks you may be dealing with at the moment.
